Academics
XIM University operates 12 schools across diverse disciplines including Xavier Institute of Management, Human Resource Management, Rural Management, Sustainability, Communications, Computer Science & Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Law, Governance & Public Affairs, Human Settlements, and Liberal Arts. The university offers undergraduate honors programs in business, commerce, law, media studies, economics, computer science, sustainable development, public administration, psychology, and English. Postgraduate programs include multiple MBA specializations, Master's degrees in economics, mass communication, psychology, English, and LLM. Doctoral programs are available in full-time and part-time formats.
Campus & Infrastructure
The new campus was inaugurated on July 7, 2014, in a pristine green suburban setting in Bhubaneswar. Facilities include residential accommodations, dining services, IT infrastructure, Bloomberg Lab, communication studios/labs, classroom complexes, development centers, sports & fitness facilities, library, and transportation services. The campus emphasizes health & wellness, safety & security, and supports student activities and cultural programs.
Admissions
XIM University admission 2026 is open for undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs with an application deadline of June 30, 2026. Candidates apply online through the official admission portal. The university offers UG scholarships (2025) and maintains separate admission bulletins and fee structures for each level. Admission is merit-based, targeting deserving and meritorious students aligned with the university's mission of excellence.
Placements & Outcomes
The Career Advisory Services Committee manages summer internships and final placements for students. The School of Rural Management achieved 100% summer internship placements in 2026, reflecting strong recruiter confidence. MBA Business Management and Human Resource Management batches have demonstrated successful placement outcomes.
