About
Vishveshwarya Group of Institutions (VGI) was established in 2000 with a vision to nurture globally competent professionals in technical and management education. The institution is inspired by the engineer Sir M. Visvesvaraya. Its stated mission is to create competent professionals with strong ethical values who can exhibit multidisciplinary skills in a globally competitive environment.
Academics
VGI offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in technology, pharmacy, allied health sciences, management, law and fashion technology. It offers 23 undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma programmes in total. Bachelor's and master's programs in technology, pharmacy and management are affiliated to AKTU, while diploma programs in engineering are governed by the Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh. All permanent teaching staff hold a doctorate or are pursuing one.

The campus is 65 acres in size, with green lawns and laboratories the institution describes as state of the art. Separate boarding and lodging facilities are available for boys and girls within the campus. The institution is located at Greater Noida Phase-II near Dadri on the Ghaziabad-Bulandshahr highway. It describes itself as India's first Microsoft Education Campus.
