The Arrows athletic program includes traditional women's sports and, as of 2024, became the first four-year institution in Ohio to offer intercollegiate women's flag football. The college transitioned to Division II status in 2013 and previously competed in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics' American Mideast Conference through 2011–12.
