Unity Environmental University offers flexible, career-aligned programs across four business units: Distance Education, In-Person Learning, Sustainable Ventures, and the Technical Institute for Environmental Professions. Students can earn 90-credit applied bachelor's degrees, 120-credit bachelor's degrees, and 30–36-credit master's degrees, including a Professional Science Master's and programs through the Couri Graduate School of Business. Programs span animal behavior, aquaculture, business administration, conservation law enforcement, environmental crime investigation, regenerative business, sustainability science, and wildlife management. Unity operates multiple locations: the main administrative office is in New Gloucester, Maine; in-person residential students can live on the University of Southern Maine campus in Gorham (40 minutes away) and access USM facilities. The institution previously competed in NCAA Division II athletics (2008–2019) as the Rams, fielding varsity sports in basketball, soccer, cross country, track and field, and volleyball, along with club sports including woodsmen's team and ice hockey.
