TCC offers associate degrees, certificates, and work-ready programs across seven academic schools. Students can pursue university transfer pathways (A.A./A.S. degrees) or career-focused credentials (A.A.S. programs) in fields including nursing, respiratory care, cybersecurity, business, and early childhood development. The college provides dual credit programs for high school students, micro-credentials, and workforce development courses. TCC's Dual Credit program is the first in Oklahoma to earn national accreditation from the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships.
TCC operates four main campuses (Metro, Northeast, Southeast, and West) plus two community campuses and a conference center throughout the Tulsa metropolitan area. The Southeast Campus is the largest. All campuses offer in-person, online, and blended class formats. Students have access to dining options, clubs and organizations, study spaces, tutoring services, wellness programs, and career services at no additional cost. The college employs approximately 2,270 people, including 280 full-time faculty.
TCC admits students with high school diplomas, GED/HiSET/TASC equivalency certificates, and ACT or similar test scores. The college welcomes transfer students from other institutions, concurrent high school enrollees, adult learners, and non-Oklahoma residents. Admission counselors provide personalized guidance. Tulsa County high school graduates can attend tuition-free through the Tulsa Achieves program. The TCC Advantage Scholarship (beginning Fall 2025) covers tuition and mandatory fees for eligible students from Broken Arrow, Charles Page, Jenks, and Sapulpa high schools.
TCC emphasizes affordability and debt-free completion: 77% of graduating students graduate without debt, and students save $16,140–$30,270 on first two years compared to regional schools. The college has established strong transfer agreements ensuring credits transfer seamlessly to partner universities. Career Services provides job search assistance, internship connections, resume building, and employer networking at no cost to current students and alumni. The nursing program reached record enrollment of over 500 students, reflecting strong healthcare workforce demand.
