Academics
TIET offers comprehensive academic programs through 7 schools, 10 departments, and 13 centres. Undergraduate programs include BE/BTech in Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, and Biomedical Engineering, plus BioTechnology and an International Engineering Program. Postgraduate offerings span ME, MTech, M.Sc., MA, and MBA programs. Doctoral research is supported through PhD programs and a Joint PhD initiative. The institute has recently launched the Thapar School of Advanced AI & Data Science in collaboration with NVIDIA.
