Terna Dental College is located at Plot No. 12, Sector-22, Nerul (W), Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, opposite Nerul railway station. The college was established in 2002 under the Terna Public Charitable Trust, which was founded on 30th September 1980 with the goal of providing educational and health services to all sections of society. Dr. Padmasinhaji Patil is the Founder President of the Trust.
Mission
The college aims to nurture responsible future dentists through education par excellence and to make available quality dental treatment to the community at affordable rates. Its vision is to continuously impart quality education, deliver excellent dental care and conduct meaningful research activities.
Academics
The college is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, and is recognized by the Dental Council of India. It offers a 5-year B.D.S. course with 100 BDS seats. Postgraduate M.D.S. programs are offered in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Prosthodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Pedodontics, along with PhD programs in specified subjects.
