TCC offers associate degrees and certificates across five career and technical pathways, along with academic transfer programs designed to prepare students for four-year universities. The college provides continuing education and community learning courses to support workforce development and lifelong learning. Students can choose from more than 68 career and technical degrees and certificates, with flexible class schedules and multiple start dates throughout the year.
The district operates five physical campuses—South Campus (Fort Worth), Northeast Campus (Hurst), Northwest Campus (near Lake Worth), Southeast Campus (Arlington), and Trinity River Campus (downtown Fort Worth)—plus TCC Connect, a fully online campus established in 2015. The college does not provide residential housing. TCC offers dual-credit collegiate high school programs at multiple campuses, allowing high school students to earn associate degrees alongside their diplomas.
TCC welcomes new-to-college, transfer, continuing education, dual-credit, international (F-1 visa), and military-connected students. Applicants must complete the TSI Assessment and Online Readiness Assessment. The college emphasizes affordable tuition and offers multiple payment options, financial aid, scholarships, and payment plans to make education accessible. Campus tours are available in-person and online, scheduled Tuesday–Thursday.
TCC has produced notable alumni including musician Leon Bridges, rapper Post Malone, politician Wendy Davis, and UFC fighter Montana De La Rosa. The college serves as a vital educational hub for the Tarrant County region, with a service area encompassing all of Tarrant County as defined by the Texas Legislature.
