SPA New Delhi offers comprehensive education in architecture, planning, and design at bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels. Advanced labs include GIS facilities (established 1999), Materials Testing & Surveying Laboratory with modern equipment, Conservation Materials Laboratory for heritage studies, and a fully equipped workshop for carpentry and metalwork. Computing infrastructure includes CAD/BIM centers, servers, and internet access across all departments. The campus provides 450+ hostel seats, sports facilities, and student support services.
Undergraduate admission to Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Planning is through Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-2024) conducted by NTA, with reserved seats for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and physically challenged candidates. Postgraduate programmes admit 276 students across 10 specializations with category-wise reservations. Additional seats are allocated for Foreign Nationals (10%), NRI (3%), and PIO (2%). PhD admissions follow separate notification procedures. The institution maintains transparent admission processes with detailed prospectus and online application systems.
