Dr. N. J. Paulbudhe College of Pharmacy is a pharmacy college in Ahmednagar, affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University.
Seva Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's Dr. N. J. Paulbudhe College of Pharmacy was established in 2017. The college was founded by the late Dr. Nath Jaywant Paulbudhe, Ex. MLC, Maharashtra State Legislative Council. It is located at Shaneshwar Nagar, Vasant Tekadi, Savedi, Ahmednagar.
The college is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University and approved by AICTE and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi. It offers a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) program. A Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm.) program was introduced in 2024, with specialization in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and Pharmacology. The Department of Pharmaceutics and the Department of Pharmacology each offer a postgraduate M.Pharm. program with an intake capacity of 15 students per academic year.
The vision is to emerge as a center of Pharmaceutical Education, Enrichment, and Excellence. The mission is to impart pharmacy education customized to the needs of pharmaceutical industries, the health care system, and higher education, and to generate graduates capable of serving society with passion and compassion.
The campus spreads across 2.5 acres. The Pharmacognosy department has a Herbal Garden with a diverse collection of medicinal plants. The library has a total of 4670 books. The campus is situated 11 km from Ahilyanagar Railway Station and 5 km from Tarakpur Bus Stand.
Admission to the B.Pharm. program is available through CAP admission to First Year B.Pharmacy and CAP admission to Direct Second Year B.Pharmacy. Institute-level admission to Direct Second Year B.Pharmacy is offered against vacant seats after CAP rounds.
