RR Institute of Technology (RRIT) was established in 2008 and is an autonomous institution affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University. The institute is part of PKM Educational Trust, under whose behest RR Institutions has embarked on a mission to provide professional education. It was set up with a mission of imparting education to all sections of society. The college is privately owned and has an intake of 720+ students per year.
