RCSJ offers associate degrees across seven academic divisions: Allied Health and Nursing, Business Studies, Health/Physical Education/Recreation, Liberal Arts, Public Safety and Security, STEM, and continuing education. RCSJ has articulation and credit transfer agreements with 27 area and online institutions, including Rowan University, Temple, Penn State, Rutgers, and Drexel. The college offers conditional dual enrollment with Rowan University based on GPA, plus dual enrollment with Fairleigh Dickinson, Wilmington University, and UMUC. The Rowan Advantage 3+1 program and traditional 2+2 transfer pathways provide seamless routes to bachelor's degrees.
The Gloucester Campus in Sewell spans 266 acres with twelve buildings, an art gallery, walking/jogging trail, and community gardens. The Cumberland Campus serves Vineland and Millville. Student life includes KotoriCon (an anime convention), clubs, organizations, honor societies, and athletics. The college serves approximately 170 veterans and ranks in the top 15% of Military Friendly Schools nationwide.
Most programs have open admissions for high school graduates or GED holders. Selective admissions apply to nursing, allied health, and automotive technology. Over 40% of entering students receive financial aid, primarily Pell Grants.
