RCBC offers over 80 academic programs at the associate and certificate levels, including Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, Associate of Applied Science, and specialized certificates. The college's flagship 3+1 program allows students to complete their first two years at RCBC before transferring to Rowan University to earn a bachelor's degree, resulting in significant tuition savings. Programs span arts, humanities, sciences, health professions, engineering, business, and culinary arts. The college also provides continuing education, online courses, and English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction.
The main Mount Laurel campus, opened in 1995, houses the Student Success Center, campus quad, and a Health Sciences Center. The Mount Holly campus features RCBC's culinary arts program, a student art gallery, and Vaulted Cuisine, a student-run restaurant. Both campuses offer library services and online access through the BaronOne portal. The college discontinued its athletics programs in June 2021, which previously included baseball, basketball, soccer, golf, and softball under the Barons name.
RCBC operates an open enrollment policy with rolling admissions. Applications are free and can be submitted online; accepted students receive admission letters within 1–2 business days. The college accepts applications for Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. Pathways include first-time students, transfer students, international students (requiring paper application and additional documentation), high school students, adult learners, and returning students. English and math placement is determined through surveys and optional placement testing.
RCBC reports a 95% graduate success rate, with graduates either transferring to four-year institutions or entering the workforce within one year of graduation. Graduates' average starting salary is 6% higher than the national average. Since 2017, the 3+1 program has enabled students to save approximately $52 million in tuition costs collectively. The college emphasizes experiential learning, student research programs, and partnerships with employers to prepare students for career advancement.
