Located on a rural campus in Wentworth, RCC features the James Library with books, eBooks, digital resources, and study rooms. Recent voter-approved quarter-cent sales tax funding supports modern classrooms and technology infrastructure.
RCC welcomes high school students through the Career and College Promise program, enabling dual enrollment and college credit while still in high school. The NEXT NC Scholarship covers tuition and fees for North Carolinians from households earning $80,000 or less. The Walter H. and Marilyn Moore Promise Scholarship provides free tuition to Rockingham County residents in the high school Class of 2027 with a 2.0 GPA.
