Academics
RGNUL offers comprehensive legal education at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. Programs include B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M., PGDIPA, Ph.D., and LL.D. Campus & Infrastructure
The university is located at Sidhuwal-Bhadson Road, Patiala. Campus facilities include a state-of-the-art three-storey air-conditioned library with over 40,000 volumes, comprehensive legal databases (Lexis Nexis, Manupatra, Westlaw India, SCC Online, HeinOnline), two reading halls, moot court room, conference room, hostels, guest house, computer labs, dining halls, health centre, gymnasium, and sports facilities. The library features RFID technology for automated book management and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Admissions
Admissions are conducted through CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Placements & Outcomes
RGNUL has an Internship and Placement Committee (IPC) established in April 2011 to facilitate student transitions to professional settings. The university operates multiple research centres including CASCL, CCPLA, CASH, SSSIS, CASIHR, CASLW, SALE, CELS, CASEL, CADR, CCLG, CIIPR, CBLT, and CESEL. It publishes several journals: RGNUL Law Review, RLR Student Edition, Student Law Review, RFM Law Review, RGNUL Social Science Review, Human Rights Journal, Law and Tech Times, and Indian Journal of Criminology.
