Academics
KCW offers 70+ programmes spanning undergraduate, postgraduate, and research levels. Undergraduate offerings include B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., and B.B.A. programmes in traditional and emerging fields (AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Fintech, Fashion, Biotechnology). The college integrates Industry 4.0 technologies including AI, robotics, and big data into its curriculum. All science departments hold DST 'Star' status. Specialized centres include Gandhian Studies, Ambedkar Studies, Women Studies, Life Sciences, Advanced Materials, Sustainable Technologies, and Commerce Professionals.

Admissions
Undergraduate admission is merit-based, following government reservation rules and Bharathiar University norms. Candidates must have completed 12th examination (10+2 system) from a recognized board. Applications are available for both aided and self-financing programmes. Admission is confirmed after verification of original documents. The college accepts HSC, CBSE, ICSE, and other approved board results. College timings: Aided courses 8:00 AM–1:00 PM; Unaided courses 1:00 PM–6:00 PM.
Placements & Outcomes
The Career & Development Centre provides structured training in aptitude, soft skills, and technical knowledge. In 2023–2024, 341 students were placed out of 508 applicants, with 409 total offers received. Maximum package: INR 26 LPA (Amazon Web Services); average salary: INR 4.7 LPA. Prominent recruiters include AWS, Fractal AI, Deloitte, TCS, Accenture, Morgan Stanley, and Federal Bank. The college also supports higher studies and entrepreneurship through GRG Gen Next Foundation incubator.
International Engagement
KCW has established collaborative partnerships with premier universities including San Diego State University, Oregon State University, University of Michigan-Dearborn, Nottingham Trent University, and Swinburne University of Technology.
