Northeast College offers eight degree programs spanning undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels. The flagship Doctor of Chiropractic program is complemented by Master's degrees in Physician Assistant Studies (hybrid format, 2-year completion), Applied Clinical Nutrition, and Human Anatomy & Physiology Instruction. Undergraduate offerings include AAS degrees in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Radiologic Technology, and Massage Therapy, plus a Massage Therapy certificate. All programs emphasize hands-on clinical learning through partnerships with Department of Defense and Veterans Administration hospitals, private practices, and community clinics. The college maintains full accreditation by the Council on Chiropractic Education and Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
The main Seneca Falls campus spans 286 acres in New York's Finger Lakes region and features a full anatomy center with cadaver lab, 3D Anatomage virtual anatomy tables, state-of-the-art imaging sciences suites (X-ray, sonography), and 8,000 square feet of research facilities including motor systems physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition laboratories. The library houses an impressive collection including the Museum of Chiropractic History, with group study rooms, quiet areas, and a Commons for collaboration. Students have access to a campus health center, meditation space, and the Standard Process Health and Fitness Center. Affordable on-campus residence halls are centrally located. A branch campus in Levittown, New York (Long Island) opened in 2024 for the Doctor of Chiropractic program.

Northeast operates on rolling admissions with multiple start dates throughout the year. The Doctor of Chiropractic program (Seneca Falls) begins in September, January, and May; the Long Island campus begins in September only. The M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies has an August 1 application deadline for September entry. Undergraduate and certificate programs prioritize applications received by February 1. The college reports a 92% job placement rate for Doctor of Chiropractic graduates within six months of graduation. More than $1 million in scholarships were awarded in the 2025-2026 academic year.
