NIWE Academy is a provincially accredited Private Career College licensed under Alberta Advanced Education. Diploma programs range from 16 to 32 weeks in length. All programs include both online theory and hands-on practical training, and all diploma programs include a Capstone Business Development Project. Intakes run every second month.
NIWE students train in a 10,500 sq ft facility on the fourth floor of the CORE Shopping Centre at 510 8th Ave SW in downtown Calgary. Listed facilities include a student salon and spa, small intensive classrooms, and a virtual classroom.
Admission routes include general admission for domestic applicants, a Wonderlic Basic English Knowledge Exam route for applicants without a high school diploma or with non-English education, and international student admission. NIWE Academy provides job placement assistance, career coaching, and lifelong mentorship support for all graduates.
