Missoula College offers 35 career, transfer, and technical programs through five academic departments. The Department of Applied Computing and Engineering Technology provides certifications and degrees in computer-aided design, computer support, electronics, and energy technology. The Department of Business Technology is the largest, covering accounting, administrative management, culinary arts, medical information technology, and paralegal studies. The Department of Health Professions offers programs in nursing, medical assisting, radiologic technology, respiratory care, and surgical technology. The Department of Industrial Technology specializes in construction, diesel equipment, heavy equipment operation, machining, and welding. The Department of Applied Arts and Sciences oversees general education and the Associate of Arts degree.
Missoula College operates two campuses totaling 200.4 acres. The River Campus, located across the river from the main University of Montana campus, houses a library, culinary program with student-run café, health sciences facilities with cadaver labs, and administrative offices. The West Campus, adjacent to Fort Missoula Park, is home to the Department of Industrial Technology with space for student-built modular homes and heavy equipment testing. Both campuses provide dining options, including the West Campus Cafeteria and East Campus Hunter Dining Room.
