MedTech College offered diploma and Associate degree programs in medical, medical office administration, nursing (LPN), and English as a Second Language. Associate degree programs could be completed in 15–18 months, while diploma programs took nine months. At the time of closure, only the LPN degrees at Indianapolis and Greenwood campuses held accreditation; RN degrees were not accredited.
The college operated multiple campuses across the United States, including locations in Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and Greenwood, Indiana; Lexington, Kentucky; Falls Church, Virginia; Silver Spring, Maryland; and several Georgia cities. Following acquisition by LTT Enterprises in 2015, the company announced cessation of instruction effective September 16, 2016, with the Marietta-Atlanta campus subsequently becoming part of Gwinnett College.
