Louisville Bible College offers six degree programs ranging from certificates to master's degrees, all centered on Bible study and Christian ministry. Programs include Certificate of Christian Leadership (32 semester hours), Associate of Sacred Literature and Associate of Christian Education (64 hours each), Bachelor of Sacred Literature and Bachelor of Arts (128 hours each), and Master of Sacred Literature (36 hours). All bachelor's and master's students major in Bible with various concentrations including General Ministries, Preaching, Family Ministry, Women's Ministry, and Christian Education.
The college operates primarily as a commuter campus with student housing available for those beyond commuting distance. The main campus is located at 8211 Restoration Drive in southeast Louisville. Campus facilities include Ralph L. Records Hall, Ira M. Boswell Memorial Library, and access to chapel services at LifeBridge Christian Church adjacent to campus. Student life emphasizes spiritual formation through chapel services and community engagement, including campus cookouts and cultivation of Christian mentorship networks.

Tuition rates listed on the payment portal are $50 per semester hour for undergraduate study and $75 per semester hour for graduate study. Audit tuition is $25 per semester hour.
