LeTourneau offers undergraduate and graduate programs across eight schools: Arts & Sciences, Aviation & Aeronautical Science, Business, Education, Engineering & Engineering Technology, Nursing, Psychology & Counseling, and Theology & Vocation. The university maintains its historical focus on technical and engineering disciplines while expanding into liberal arts, business, and professional fields. An Honors College and online/evening LEAP program serve traditional and non-traditional students. Nearly one-third of students attend classes online.
The main campus occupies 156 acres on the south side of Longview, about two hours east of Dallas. Most of the 1,400 traditional students live on campus; unmarried students under 22 are required to reside in residence halls unless granted a waiver. The university features a distinctive floor-based housing system with roughly 30 individual floors rather than traditional Greek houses. Student activities include the Hootenanny variety show, LeTourneau Singers, community orchestra, and jazz band. The campus includes the S.E. Belcher Jr. Chapel and Performance Center (2,011 seats), Margaret Estes Library, Solheim Recreation Center, and the historic Speer Chapel (WWII-era).

The Yellow Jackets compete in NCAA Division III within the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (joining in 2025-26), fielding nine women's and eight men's sports including soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, golf, tennis, cross country, and track & field. Recent achievements include 2014 ASC baseball championship, 2020 ASC tournament basketball championship, and 2021/2024 cross country championships.
