IIM Sirmaur offers postgraduate and doctoral programs in management. The flagship MBA (General Management) and MBA Tourism are two-year full-time residential programs with three trimesters per academic year. The institute also offers a full-time residential Ph.D. (FPM) program in various management specializations. Additionally, the Post Graduate Programme on Leadership in Smart Manufacturing (PGPEX-LSM) is a one-year executive program jointly developed with RWTH Aachen, Germany, combining management and manufacturing expertise. The permanent campus at Dhaula Kuan spans 210 acres (1010 bigha) on the Ambala-Dehradun National Highway, 15 km from Paonta Sahib, 103 km from Chandigarh airport, and 97 km from Dehradun airport. Phase-1 development, approved with Rs. 392.51 crores, includes accommodation for 600 students across 14 G+3 story hostel buildings (male, female, and mixed), classrooms, administrative complex, central library, auditorium, faculty residences, student activity center with gymnasium and sports courts, dining facilities, health center, and meditation center. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled with universal accessibility for differently abled persons, featuring ramps, lifts, and accessible washrooms throughout.
MBA and MBA Tourism programs require valid GMAT/GRE/CAT scores taken within the last five years. The PGPEX-LSM program requires a Bachelor's degree (B.Tech./BE/B.Sc. or allied fields) with 50% aggregate marks, minimum 3 years of manufacturing-related experience, and minimum age of 25 years. Seats for PGPEX-LSM are limited to 45. The institute conducts aptitude tests for candidates without standardized test scores. All four passed-out MBA batches have achieved 100% placement in top companies through campus recruitment. The institute provides placement assistance to non-sponsored candidates in executive programs.
