IIM Kashipur offers a comprehensive portfolio of postgraduate and doctoral programmes. The flagship MBA and MBA (Analytics) are full-time, two-year residential programmes with recently redesigned curricula emphasizing design thinking, experiential learning, critical thinking, and leadership development. The institute also offers Executive MBA, Executive MBA (Analytics), Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), and Executive Development Programmes including online certificate courses. Faculty expertise spans nine academic areas: Communications, Economics, Finance and Accounting, Information Technology & Systems, Marketing, Operations Management & Decision Sciences, Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource Management, and Strategy.
The institute occupies a 200-acre fully residential campus in Kashipur, Uttarakhand, approximately 25 kilometres from Jim Corbett National Park in the Himalayan foothills. The campus provides a tranquil, intellectually stimulating environment. The Library (Learning Resource Centre) is housed in a spacious building with 11,520 printed books, electronic resources, e-journals, databases, and audio-visual materials. The library is fully computerized using Koha library management software with RFID systems installed. High-speed internet and intranet connectivity support academic operations.
MBA admission is through the Common Admission Test (CAT) with eligibility criteria aligned to CAT requirements. Minimum CAT-2024 percentile cut-offs vary by category: General (95 total percentile), EWS (81), NC-OBC (52), SC (66), ST (42), and DAP (42). MBA and MBA Analytics students have consistently secured excellent placement opportunities with reputed organizations across India and abroad. The institute emphasizes industry–academia collaboration through guest lectures, industry seminars, live projects, and engagement initiatives. Summer internships and final placements occur September through February. The curriculum is designed to equip students with strong managerial, analytical, and decision-making capabilities aligned with evolving industry requirements.
For the MBA 2026-28 batch, the total programme fee is ₹20,80,000 spread across six terms over two years. Term-I fee is ₹3,70,000 (including ₹25,000 admission fee and ₹9,000 caution deposit), Terms II-III are ₹3,75,000 each, and Terms IV-VI are ₹3,20,000 each. Government of India scholarships are available for eligible candidates, including National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education of ST Students.
