History
H.K. College of Pharmacy, abbreviated as HKCP, was established in 2006. It was founded by Prof. Javed Khan, former Education Minister of the State of Maharashtra. The college is approved by UGC, AICTE, DTE and PCI, and is affiliated with the University of Mumbai.
Academics
The college offers B.Pharm and M.Pharm programmes as well as a PhD programme. The institute holds a national seminar every year on a variety of topics. It also offers updated knowledge on current topics through the HK Knowledge Base platform. The college lists research grants, poster presentations and MOUs under its research section.
Campus & Facilities
The campus includes laboratories, classrooms, a computer lab, a language lab, a library, a gymkhana, a cafeteria, a common room and a medicinal plants garden. The college has a medical room and disabled-friendly facilities. Library resources include an e-library (HKCP e-Library OPAC), reprography and scanning facilities, and electronic books and journals through DELNET subscription.
