Hartland College offers bachelor's degrees in Christian Elementary Education, Christian Secondary Education, Health Ministry, Health Education, Christian Media Management, Christian Publications Management, Bible Instruction, and Pastoral Evangelism. The curriculum merges biblical worldview with academic rigor and hands-on ministry application. All students engage in intensive soul-winning education covering Seventh-day Adventist doctrine and cross-cultural engagement. Practical skills training includes agriculture, auto mechanics, landscaping, food preparation, and medical missionary work. Students devote 12–36 hours weekly to work-education roles aligned with their ministries, and participate in roughly 30 hours per quarter of active outreach in health ministries, Bible work, and youth engagement.
The rural campus features a main mansion housing administrative offices, cafeteria, library, and chapel; a music building for music and writing classes; a media center for technology instruction; and a lifestyle center for health training and guest wellness programs. Students enjoy access to 10+ miles of trails for outdoor recreation and holistic health promotion. The college is home to The Three Angels' Chorale, a traveling singing group, and hosts trimonthly convocations featuring sermons and music. Music is integrated into the curriculum as ministry, with all students gaining training in choral performance and worship leadership.
