Government College, Kottayam is a public institution in Kottayam, established in 1972. Government College Kottayam, established in 1972 and situated in Nattakom on the outskirts of Kottayam, is a major public higher educational institution in Central Kerala. The college is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University and hosts six Research Centres, six Postgraduate Programmes, and ten Undergraduate Programmes in arts, science, and commerce.
