Everett Community College offers more than 90 different majors and programs, with associate degrees available in Arts and Sciences, Science, Business, Applied Science, Technical Arts, Fine Arts, and General Studies. The college awards certificates of completion in more than 30 technical and career fields. Students can pursue traditional classroom courses, online learning, and professional development through the Corporate & Continuing Education Center. Transitional Studies classes support students in improving basic skills, learning English, and earning a GED.
The main campus is located at 2000 Tower St. in north Everett on 46 acres and includes 20 buildings. Recent major facilities include the Cascade Learning Resource Center (opened September 2023) housing the library, tutoring center, and writing center; Liberty Hall (2013) with nursing and health sciences programs; the Advanced Manufacturing Training & Education Center (2014) offering six programs including mechatronics and welding; and student housing in Mountain View Hall (2016, 120 rooms) and Cedar Hall (2017, 132 beds). The campus also features the Nippon Business Institute with a traditional Japanese garden and a portion of the Kintai Bridge from Iwakuni, Japan.
Everett Community College fields 11 athletic teams competing in the Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC), including baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, cross country, track and field, and volleyball. The college mascot is the Trojan, selected by students in 1941. School colors are red and white. The college serves students ranging in age from 12 to 85, with the largest cohort between 18 and 21 years old.
EvCC is one of 34 community and technical colleges governed by the Washington State Board of Community and Technical Colleges. The college is administered by a five-member board of trustees appointed by Washington's governor. President Chemene Crawford leads the institution. The college is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU).
