Athletics & Recreation

Earlham competes in NCAA Division III within the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference. The college offers 18 varsity sports including basketball, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, and cross country. Club sports include Ultimate Frisbee, rugby, martial arts, and an equestrian program. The Athletics and Wellness Center provides facilities for cardiovascular training, group fitness, a 25-meter pool, racquetball courts, and a climbing wall. The football program was suspended in 2019 after five consecutive winless seasons; golf and tennis were suspended in 2020.
