Dr. GU Pope College of Engineering is a private institution in Thoothukudi, established in 2002. Dr. G.U. Pope College of Engineering, Sawyerpuram is a private engineering college established in 2002 under the auspices of the CSI Thoothukudi-Nazareth Diocese, affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.
