Dibrugarh Hanumanbax Surajmall Kanoi College is a public institution in Dibrugarh, established in 1945. DHSK College, established on 15 June 1945, is one of the premier degree-granting institutions in upper Assam, affiliated to Dibrugarh University. Founded with the motto 'Gyanat Paratarang Na Hi' (Nothing Better than Knowledge), it played a key role in the establishment of Dibrugarh University in 1965. The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across arts, science, and commerce, and is recognized by UGC.
