Bible college in Indianapolis that merged with College of Biblical Studies in 2019.
Crossroads Bible College was established in 1980 as Baptist Bible College of Indianapolis, initially operating as an evening school. The institution incorporated in 1981 and began offering bachelor's degrees in 1983 despite lacking accreditation at that time. In February 1999, the college achieved legal accreditation through the Accrediting Association of Bible Colleges (now the Association for Biblical Higher Education). In July 2019, Crossroads Bible College merged with the College of Biblical Studies, a Houston-based institution founded in 1976. The merger followed over 18 months of preparation by both institutions' boards and leadership teams.
Following the merger, the Indianapolis campus now offers bachelor's degrees in Biblical Studies, Biblical Counseling, and Organizational Leadership through the College of Biblical Studies. The institution provides accelerated degree completion programs, associate degrees, and Bible certificates. Students have access to online and on-campus learning options, with the Indianapolis campus located at the Pyramids at College Park. The merged institution holds regional accreditation through SACSCOC and national accreditation through ABHE.
The Indianapolis campus is located at 3500 DePauw Blvd, Building One, Suite 1010. The library provides 24/7 on- and off-campus access to thousands of full-text journals, magazines, and e-books, along with computer terminals equipped with Microsoft Office and Wi-Fi connectivity. Study rooms with A/V equipment are available for student use.
Applicants must submit government-issued photo identification, official transcripts from previously attended schools, and estimated aid from FAFSA (school code 034224). A $40 application fee is required. Prospective students must review the institution's doctrinal statement, definition of marriage, holy human sexuality policy, and student code of conduct before applying.
