The college is a private institution recognized by the Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur (MES) and authorized to offer college-level programs. It was founded and is directed by real estate professionals. Its mission is to train competent real estate professionals ready to meet the demands of today's and tomorrow's real estate market. The college has been providing training for over 20 years.
The college offers two programs leading to an Attestation d'études collégiales (AEC). Its offerings include a residential real estate brokerage technical program (EEC.27), recognized by OACIQ, and a building and real estate property inspection technical program (EEC.2Y). It also offers a mortgage brokerage qualification program recognized by the AMF, delivered 100% online. Students who cannot attend a class at the scheduled time can access it in a virtual class for 6 months.
The college is located at 405 Av. Ogilvy, bureau 104, Montréal (QC) H3N 1M3, and is accessible by Métro Station Parc on the blue line. In-person classes are held in the college's premises in Montréal. Online tools include the Parcours platform for final exams and online training, Omnivox for student records, and Microsoft 365 for office software and college email. Blended classes are also offered.
