Collège d'aéronautique is a Montréal-based flight training college founded in 1964, offering a collegial pilot training program.
The college was founded in 1964 by aviation and education professionals whose roots date back to that year. Its mission is to offer flight training in a caring, professional and welcoming environment, and to train safe and professional pilots equipped to navigate the skies with confidence. The college describes its facilities as having the amenities and services suited to high-quality training.
The college offers the collegial program Pilotage professionnel d'aéronefs (EWA.19). As an alternative, it also offers a modular training path. The admission process runs with three cohorts per year and follows a five-step process from application to enrolment.
The training facilities include a Redbird MCX full-motion AATD flight simulator and a training aircraft fleet maintained for real-world preparation. A campus-to-airport shuttle service is also provided. The college has addresses at 200-300 boul. Marcel-Laurin in Montréal and at 35 chemin de l'Aéroport in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
The college is certified by Transports Canada and holds Quebec Ministry of Higher Education permit number 693699. An independent study broadcast by MB Télévision ranked the academy as the best flight school in Montréal. The college's graduates fly for Air Canada, Jazz and Porter.
