The Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick is a French-language community college operating five campuses across New Brunswick.
The Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB) was founded almost 40 years ago and serves all Francophone and Acadian communities of New Brunswick. It has been a fully autonomous French-language collegiate society since May 30, 2010. Its headquarters is located in Bathurst, New Brunswick.
The CCNB's fundamental values are transparency, open-mindedness, integrity, excellence, professionalism, dynamism, respect and accountability. The college chooses to make its students its raison d'être. The strategic plan 2022-2027 was adopted unanimously by the Board of Governors on June 23, 2021, and is developed around four main axes.
The CCNB has seven training schools, each led by a dean. Distance training programs are offered through the online campus and are open exclusively to Canadian students, including permanent residents of Canada. Distance training can be taken from home without travelling to a campus, as long as there is a good Internet connection.
The CCNB operates through five campuses located in Bathurst, Campbellton, Dieppe, Edmundston and the Péninsule acadienne. The Campus d'Edmundston is located at 35, rue du 15-Août in Edmundston, New Brunswick. Facilities listed include a library, on-campus residences, CCNB housing and the Campus virtuel distance learning platform.
Admission routes include Évaluation et reconnaissance des acquis (ERA) Profil A, Profil B for applicants with a secondary diploma, and Profil M for mature applicants aged 21 or older. International students follow a separate admissions process.
