The college offers diploma programs in four industries: Business, Information Technology, Healthcare and Engineering. Its programs are compressed, teaching the same information in a shorter time than traditional colleges. All diploma program curricula are approved as vocational programs under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005. The majority of teachers have over 15 years of experience in the industry they teach, and classes are kept small to support individual, hands-on training. Many courses are offered on evenings, weekends, weekdays and online.
Citi College has two campuses, located in Mississauga and Toronto. The Mississauga campus is at Unit no 9, 5170 Dixie Road, Mississauga ON L4W 1E3, with free parking and access to Mississauga Transit and the Dixie Go station. Once enrolled, students have access to career services from beginning to end of their enrollment. Services include resume building, cover letter writing, networking and interview skills. The admission process has five steps: contact, confidential interview, campus tour, financial aid assessment and enrollment.
