PACC Vocational Training has been turning passions into careers for over 25 years. The centre serves the greater Montreal community and beyond. Its teachers and staff are committed to helping students obtain the skills they need to start their careers and achieve their goals. The centre is operated under the Lester B. Pearson School Board.
The centre offers a variety of programs in the areas of Culinary Arts, Health, and Business. Programs include Accounting, Dental Assistance, Food & Beverage Services, and Health Assistance & Nursing. The Pearson School of Culinary Arts operates a fully licensed restaurant called Le Saucier, and the centre runs two student-run boutiques in LaSalle and Pointe-Claire that sell students' culinary creations.
The main campus is located at 8310 George Street, LaSalle, QC H8P 1E5, and the centre also has an annex at 150 Av. Seigniory in Pointe-Claire, QC H9R 4R5. Facilities include professional kitchens, health labs with simulation mannequins, dental and pharmacy labs, and business labs. The main campus is accessible by train (exo) at Lasalle and by metro at Jolicoeur / Angrignon, and parking is available. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm.
