A private French-language vocational training centre in Longueuil, Quebec, focused on electrolysis and aesthetics.
The Centre de Formation Professionnelle d'Électrolyse et d'Esthétique (CFPEE) is a private centre located at 1428 Chemin de Chambly, Longueuil, Quebec J4J 3X3. Its mission is to train competent professionals in the broad field of electrolysis and aesthetics. The centre aims to prepare future professionals to be self-employed workers and competent entrepreneurs.
The centre was created in 1999 to respond to a demand for private courses in French. It was established to meet that need for French-language professional training.
The centre offers the DEP in Esthétique (5339), which is 1305 hours long, and the ASP in Épilation (5349), which is 540 hours long. The DEP and ASP programs are certified by examinations of the Ministère de l'Éducation. Private courses are given to a maximum of 1 to 6 students and focus on both theory and practice. The centre also offers à la carte courses that are not recognized by the Ministère de l'Éducation.
After graduation, the centre offers follow-up and assistance to graduates, including help with job searching. Members may join the APESEQ, APQ and ANQ depending on the training. The training centre is currently closed except for Thermocoagulation training and perfectionnement.
