B.R.C.M. College of Business Administration is a private nonprofit institution managed by Sarvajanik Education Society, an educational trust. The head office is located at V.T.Choksi College Campus, Lalbunglow, Athwalines, Surat, Gujarat. The Principal is Dr. Jayesh N. Desai.
History
The Sarvajanik Education Society was founded in 1912 to meet the educational needs of the citizens of Surat and South Gujarat. The college was established in 1998 by the Society to offer the B.B.A. programme. Ballaram Hanumandas Charitable Trust's generous donation contributed the lion's share in the development of the college. With the inception of Sarvajanik University in 2021, the college became one of its constituent colleges.
Academics
The college offers the B.B.A., a three-year, six-semester full-time Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with English as the medium of instruction. The college is affiliated to Veer Narmad South Gujarat University and offers an updated and relevant syllabus. Its vision is to excel in business and allied studies, with a focus on developing socially responsive transformational leadership.
Campus & Facilities
The campus has a computer lab, library, auditorium and playground. Listed facilities include library e-resources, free internet access in the library, classroom projectors and audio systems, and attendance and CCTV surveillance.
Recognition
The college's quality management system was approved under the highest international ISO 9001-2000 category. It is the first management college in the entire Gujarat State to be certified by ISO 9001-2000 QMS.
