A defunct for-profit university that operated in Seattle from 1995 to 2016.
Argosy University, Seattle was established in 1995 as the Washington School of Professional Psychology. It became part of Argosy University in 2001 when that parent organization was formed through the merger of the American Schools of Professional Psychology, the Medical Institute of Minnesota, and the University of Sarasota. The Seattle campus operated as one of 19 Argosy University locations nationwide until its closure in 2016.
The campus was housed in an office building on the Seattle waterfront, positioned on the edge of the Belltown neighborhood. The institution is no longer operational and does not accept new students.
