History
Apex University was established in 2018 by the Rajasthan State Legislature Act No. 27 of 2018. It is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. The Journey of APEX began with the establishment of Sanjay Bal Niketan in 1965. The university's Founder Chairman was Late Dr. S. M. Juniwal.
