AIIMS Bibinagar is a public autonomous medical institute under the Government of India, located in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, Telangana.

It is headed by Prof. Amita Aggarwal, Executive Director. The institute is located at Bibinagar, Dist. Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Telangana - 508126, in the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region.
The Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY) was announced in 2003 to correct regional imbalances in tertiary healthcare and augment quality medical education. AIIMS Bibinagar is one of the apex healthcare institutes established under the PMSSY and was denoted as Phase-VII. 2019.
The institute offers undergraduate courses including MBBS and B.Sc.(Hons) Nursing, along with B.Sc. Paramedical programmes. Postgraduate courses include MD/MS and DM/M.Ch. It has a College of Nursing. Admission to nursing and paramedical courses is through the AIIMS entrance exam.
The campus occupies a 200 acre area on Hyderabad-Warangal Highway (NH-163). The library offers reading rooms, a computer room, Wi-Fi internet, electronic resources, reprography services and a discussion room.
